Your workspace, your project, your team
Open a workspace for a project and choose its modules, open one you already have, or join your team's workspace with its code. It starts with the MTWAFIQ reference content.
A plan made for what you are changing
Pick a process, a customer journey, a strategy play, a risk, a regulation, a KPI or an award: get every task with an owner and dates, the gates, RACI, RAID, measures and benefits. Quick or full; Excel, Microsoft Project or straight into your workspace.
Prepared, reviewed, approved
Every piece of work in a workspace goes through the same three hands. Nobody reviews or approves their own work, and every step is in the audit log.
- 1Prepared
The author sends the work for review, naming a reviewer and an approver.
- 2Reviewed
The reviewer passes it on, or returns it with comments.
- 3Approved
The approver signs it off, and it is locked.
- 4Reopened
Only with a reason, as a new version that goes through the same steps.
Prepares the work and sends it for review.
Checks it, then passes it to the approver or returns it with comments.
Signs it off. Approved work is locked as the approved version.
Reads and exports.
Opens the workspace, invites the team, approves who joins with the code.
Read first: the reference library
999 processes with their KPIs, risks and service levels, 300 customer journeys, 500 strategy plays and more: open to everyone.
Run it on your own server
The CoE workspace, Sign-off and the games on a Windows server inside your organisation. 30-day trial for 10 people; then licences in packs of 10.
After a while, show you are better than before
Show the work, not the course: export what you built in each module, in your own templates, and brief your sponsor from the Dashboard.
