Your server, your data
Runs on one Windows server in your network, with your email server, your certificate and daily backups. It needs no internet connection and sends nothing to MTWAFIQ.
Four steps, one Windows server
- 1Sign in with your work email
A one-time code, no password. Personal mail services are refused: the trial and the licence belong to your organisation.
- 2Register and download
The first download from your company's email domain starts its 30-day trial for 10 people. The code comes on screen and by email; colleagues at the same domain get the same code.
- 3Install and enter the code
Setup.exe installs a Windows service. In the Admin console, set your administrators, then paste the code in Licence.
- 4Keep it with a licence
After 30 days the server stops until a licence code is entered; nothing is deleted. A licence is sold in packs of 10 people, for the period MTWAFIQ sets.

Before you install
Who counts as a person?
Every named account ever registered on your server, not the people online at the same time. A paused or removed account still counts. Up to 3 accounts your administrator marks as test accounts do not count.
How many packs do we need?
One pack for every 10 people, rounded up: 15 people need 2 packs, 41 people need 5. The price is per pack. Need more later? Ask for another pack; the new code replaces the old one at once.
Does the server call MTWAFIQ?
Never. The code is signed by MTWAFIQ and checked on your server without any connection. It is bound to your company's email domain: your administrators and every account must use it.
What happens when the trial or licence ends?
Nobody can sign in until a new code is entered, and the Admin console stays open. Every workspace, account, document and score is kept. Administrators get reminders 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before.
What does the server need?
Windows Server 2016 to 2025, or Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit; 2 cores and 4 GB of memory; 2 GB of disk plus your data; one TCP port on your network. No internet connection.
