Questions

Good to know

Is MCC accredited?

No. MCC is MTWAFIQ’s own certification. It is not accredited by a regulator or an external accreditation body, and no such approval is claimed. If that changes, MTWAFIQ will announce it.

Is Future Leaders the MCC exam?

No. Future Leaders is open practice: a ten-grade climb written for this website (Grades 1–9 of general banking across every function, then Grade 10, the C-level role cases), with the answer shown after you reply. The MCC exam forms (A–E for each role) are separate and private, and a Future Leaders grade or score earns no badge.

How do I sit MCC Online?

During the pilot, MCC Online is by invitation. Write to contact@mtwafiq.com with the role you want; invited candidates receive their exam details by email.

What does a badge show?

The holder’s name as they gave it, the role, the level, the issue date, the date it expires and its status: valid, expired or revoked. Badge pages are not listed in search engines; the holder decides who gets the link.

Can I add it to LinkedIn?

Yes. A valid badge page has “Add to LinkedIn profile”, which fills in the certification name, MTWAFIQ as the issuer, the dates, the badge ID and the link that proves it.

Can a badge be withdrawn?

Yes. MTWAFIQ revokes a badge if an exam rule was broken. Anyone who checks the ID then sees “Revoked”.
