MTWAFIQ Future Leaders

The way to C-level, in ten grades

Grades 1 to 9 are general banking: ten cases each, one in every function, pitched at what that grade is expected to handle. Grade 10 is the C-level role you choose. Start with “Find your level”, then climb: +1 for every right answer, −1 for every wrong one, only your first answer counts, on one open leaderboard.

Open to everyone

The MTWAFIQ Future Leaders board

Every right and wrong answer in Grades 1 to 10 counts, from every player. Score = right − wrong. Ties go to more right answers, then to whoever got there first. View it by grade, by function, by track or by role.

Open practice. Future Leaders is free and open to everyone. The cases were written for practice on this website; the MCC exam forms are separate and private. Future Leaders scores are not an MCC result and earn no badge or credential. MCC is MTWAFIQ’s own certification; no external accreditation or regulator approval is claimed. Al-Qimma Bank and every case are fictional.

Find your level

Eight short exploratory cases that move up when you are right and down when you are not. They suggest the grade to start from: a student may start at Grade 1, a seasoned professional at Grade 6. They never count on the leaderboard, and every grade stays open.
