Pick the mission: the minute hand
Twelve situations sit on the minute marks, from crisis recovery at :00 to cost cuts and negotiation at :55. Each one runs best with a certain working style.
Twelve working styles sit on one clock. The minute hand is the mission; the hour hand is the twin on duty. Read the time and see who should lead, who should support, and what to say.

Tap the twin whose behaviour you see in the room. Pick a behaviour, not a person: the same colleague can show different styles on different days.
Two hours apart or less is a good twin; three or more is a bad-luck twin. The card adds a partner and a bridge to close the gap, what to watch for, and what to say and avoid.
Three views: the mission card, meet each of the twelve twins, and any pair of twins in any situation. Nothing you choose here is saved.
Loading DISClock…
Every MTWAFIQ CoE workspace has a DISClock button on every page. The mission follows the module you are in, so a GRC review opens on audit and data review, and Service Level Management on stabilising operations. Uses are counted without names, and people can say whether it helped.
DISC is a public model of behaviour at work (Marston, 1928). DISClock is MTWAFIQ’s own way to use it with teams. It describes behaviour in a situation, never a person’s worth or ability, and it is not a psychometric test or a hiring tool.
The twelve twins are MTWAFIQ characters, not real people.
